When our participants turn 16, they are invited to join our leadership training programme.

This involves a residential leadership training camp where we teach practical leadership skills and support the young people to develop their self-confidence and teamwork.

We then provide opportunities for young people to practice leadership in the community before they are invited back to lead on future Summer Hype camps in a supportive environment.
